Tax Credits Available For Making Your Business
More Accessible to People With Disabilities |

Two tax
incentives are available to businesses to help cover the cost of
making access improvements. The first is a tax credit that can
be used for architectural adaptations, equipment acquisitions,
and services such as sign language interpreters. The second is a
tax deduction that can be used for architectural or
transportation adaptations. For more information on either tax

for Nomination of Federal
Regulations in Need of Reform |

The Small Business Administration's Office of Advocacy is asking
small businesses to help identify federal regulations that
should be revised because they are ineffective, duplicative, or
out of date. Initial recommendation are due by Dec. 31.
