At the January Women’s Business Networking Luncheon we will discuss developing, clarifying and achieving goals. Learn a simple way to look at your future with a clear direction in mind. During this program, Jeremy Ridlbauer will cover three topics relating to business data protection priority; backup, security and maintenance. Mr. Ridlbauer is owner of Sundew Technical Services, which provides full service computer consultation, installation, and repair in Grand Marais.

At our March Networking Luncheon, you will hear how to listen to your customers, train your staff on customer service skills, make it easy for your customers to do business with you, handle complaints effectively, and throw in a little something extra to keep your customers coming back!

ask prospective employees, as well as questions you can ask and answer on
a reference check. She will also discuss the importance of job
descriptions in the interview process, job performance evaluations and why
they are critical to worker’s compensation issues.

Ms. VandenBrook will be speaking on the impact of stress on women, including overload indicators and the the seven bad stress habits that block happiness and life goals. Linda will also discuss simple proven stress reduction techniques. Ms. VandenBrook is a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and Clinical Supervisor at the Human Development Center in Grand Marais. She has a Masters' Degree in Counseling Psychology and 17 years of clinical experience.
