Fund is offering Be Strategic. Grow Your Business.
This program is targeted toward established business owners who
are seeking to build business performance and revenue growth.
Through a series of 8 in-depth group sessions, participants will
develop strategies for growth, build key skills, get support,
and network with like-minded entrepreneurs.
By
participating you will:

Develop a
strategic business plan with strategies and objectives for
growth.

Build
your business skills through group strategy planning and
interaction with peers.

Be held
accountable to get things done.

Overcome
issues and challenges facing an entrepreneur.

Address
marketing, sales, finance, and management issues to develop
goals and strategies for the future and access to “experts”
to move the business forward.

Break
down the barriers and isolation that entrepreneurs may feel
as they grow their businesses.
How does
this work?

The
business strategy group will consist of 8-12 entrepreneurs
from non-competing industries.

There
will be eight 3-hour evening sessions.
-
The
sessions will be led by professional facilitators who will
manage group dynamics, topics and skill development.

Entrepreneurs will work one-on-one with an Entrepreneur Fund
Business Developer or consultant, as needed, to achieve
goals and objectives.
