SRR (Strategic Review and Recommendations)

The Strategic Review and Recommendations (SRR) process works with growth-oriented businesses and their CEO’s. These individuals are seeking blended coaching and consulting assistance in order to move forward with their strategic plans. Our consultants provide a process of discovery, strategic plan alignment, and development planning as the tools for working with the business and the CEO.

Working side by side with you, we will assemble up to 4 key people – an entrepreneur who is familiar with your industry, up to two business performance coaches, and a staff member from Greenstone Group to facilitate the process.

The SRR comprises a series of interviews with those you selected as well as fact finding around current business plans, marketing strategies, and financial situation.

The SRR is completed within 24 hours and the team comes back for a de-brief meeting with the entrepreneur.  The team, working off of the Entrepreneurs growth goals, provides a summary of findings to the entrepreneur that includes:

  • What is working well
  • Recommended sales targets
  • Final recommendations

The SRR process begins a shared understanding and dialogue that enhances and clarifies the outcome goals for coaching to get off to a productive start.  After the de-brief meeting, Greenstone Group staff and the Entrepreneur get together to finalize the goals of Business Performance Coaching before being matched with a Business Performance Coach

After goals are finalized, the Entrepreneur is matched with a member of the Greenstone Group’s Business Performance Coaching team based on their goals, the coach’s experience, the coach’s skill sets, and a good personality match.  Outside consultants or other resources may be utilized in addition to coaches to meet the entrepreneur’s desired outcomes. What is the cost?

The Strategic Review & Recommendations is required to enter into Business Performance Coaching and costs from $750 – $1,000.

 

How do you measure success?

Entrepreneurs are our passion and performance is our driver. We measure changes in: entrepreneurial skills, sales, profitability, jobs, and exports outside the region. Additionally, we check in to monitor progress mid-way through coaching and capture qualitative information about changes in the Entrepreneur. All participants are expected to participate in on-going impact surveys to ensure an ability to measure long-term performance.  All impact information is confidential.
