The Approach
We believe that entrepreneurs are the key to a healthy economy. When we invest our efforts and resources into building entrepreneurial talent – we have thriving companies in the region. Thriving companies mean quality jobs, healthy communities, and a diverse regional economy. Entrepreneurs are at the core of all of it, yet there are few resources and outlets for entrepreneurs to get what they need.
In 2008, the Entrepreneur Fund recognized the need and launched the Greenstone Group to increase the number of highly skilled entrepreneurs in the region. We have devoted resources to intentionally develop entrepreneurial talent in over 100 entrepreneurs. By 2018, we will have served over 500 entrepreneurs.

Support
To develop entrepreneurial talent, we ensure that all of our services are transformational in nature and that Greenstone Group activities enhance the ability and environment for entrepreneurs to create successful companies over the long-term. Greenstone Group guides Entrepreneurs to elevate through the various stages of advancement in their role as CEO. Our services and activities focus on supporting the entrepreneur to understand those stages, navigate their personal and professional growth, and integrate with a network of fellow entrepreneurs for long-term success.
