Our CORE
FOUR® Business Planning Course is a series
of 3-hour workshops held once per week for
four weeks. The key elements of planning
and operating a business are presented in four
separate sections:
- Success
Planning focuses of personal goals,
ethics, and development issues. You
will prepare your "business owner" resume
and personal financial plan.

Market
Planning presents tools and strategies
for transforming your dream into a reality
of a market-driven business. Market
Planning stresses the importance of focusing
on matching the business owner's dream with
the needs and wants of customers, and
interacting in a competitive marketplace.

Cash Flow
Planning presents detailed strategies
for preparing a cash flow projection,
projecting sales, setting goals, and
contingency planning.

Operations
Planning presents key issues and
strategies for having a legitimate business,
complying with legal requirements, and
operating effectively.

Recordkeeping for Small
Businesses
Get Organized! Get control of your records
so you can manage your business better! Learn how to
create or simplify your recordkeeping system for your
small business and actually understand it, too.
Lots of practical tips, activities, and hands-on
exercises are included. You will learn how to keep
track of who owes you money and who you owe money to
and when it is due.
This class will help you understand how to keep
records on paper or on a computerized spreadsheet. If
you are using a computerized accounting system or have
someone else maintain your records, this class will
help you understand recordkeeping better, and will
help you feel more confident in your business overall!
This class is for business owners who would like to
organize and understand their recordkeeping systems
better.
