Earned sick and safe time is a new Minnesota law that will impact employers and employees throughout the state, when it begins Jan. 1, 2024.
This Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry’s presentation will cover what employers and employees need to know about earned sick and safe time, including who is covered, how accrual and front-loading works, and how it interacts with existing employer paid time off programs.
