Duluth, Minnesota – September 12, 2019: The Entrepreneur Fund has added depth to the organization, welcoming Andrea Black as Client Support Specialist, Michael Montgomery as Business Developer and Miranda Kishel as Business Advisor. Andrew Finco has also been promoted to Business Developer.

Andrea Black comes to the Entrepreneur Fund with vast business ownership and management experience. She has owned several businesses and most recently served as the Operations Officer for the growing Many Rivers Montessori school. As the Client Support Specialist, Andrea delivers a professional, consistent and exemplary customer experience for clients seeking strategic services or small business loans by assisting them at all stages of the business cycle. Andrea holds an MBA with an emphasis on Organizational Development from the College of St. Scholastica.
Michael Montgomery is the Entrepreneur Fund’s newest Business Developer and will support clients across the Iron Range. Prior to joining the Entrepreneur Fund, Michael worked for Ascensus Retirement Services as a 401k Compliance Coordinator for almost four years and is highly versed in helping business owners craft strategic retirement plans. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in history from North Dakota State University.
Miranda Kishel has joined the Entrepreneur Fund as a Business Advisor based in Hibbing, helping Iron Range entrepreneurs start and grow businesses. Miranda has many years of experience in banking and insurance and has recently become an entrepreneur herself. She is developing a piece of land on Lake Vermilion to start a vacation rental business. Miranda has a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting and is currently working towards an MBA with a concentration in strategy.
