The Entrepreneur Fund Announces Two New Staff Members

Posted on November 5, 2019 at 12:32 pm.

Duluth, Minnesota – The Entrepreneur Fund is pleased to announce the addition of two new staff members. Aaron Baudeck joins the financial services team as a Loan Officer, and Jennifer Ford is the organization’s new Operations Coordinator.

“We’re very excited to welcome Aaron and Jennifer to our team,” said Shawn Wellnitz, Entrepreneur Fund CEO. “Aaron has deep experience in business development, which has been a huge asset to our finance team. Jennifer keeps our office running smoothly with her attention to detail and commitment to excellence.”

As a Loan Officer, Aaron Baudeck is responsible for developing and strengthening the Entrepreneur Fund’s loan referral network, using leads to achieve loan goals. Aaron works directly with clients to determine needs, prepare and verify loan packages, analyze loan requests, prepare written evaluations and present recommendations for approvals. With 20+ years of experience in business development and employee management throughout northern Minnesota, Aaron understands the vital role finance plays in economic development and small business growth. Aaron hails from Hibbing, Minnesota and currently serves as a board member on the Hibbing Chamber of Commerce and a commissioner at the Range Regional Airport.

As Operations Coordinator, Jennifer Ford is critical to the overall success of the Entrepreneur Fund. Her role is highly cross-functional, touching operations, development, sales, finance and project management. Jennifer’s 30+ years of experience in client services, finance and marketing management has given her a passion for helping others realize their potential. She’s a fast learner with a natural curiosity that has helped her learn the Entrepreneur Fund business quickly, so that she can support all areas of the organization. Jennifer is a Duluth native and attended the College of St. Scholastica, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing, a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Arts in Management with concentrations in marketing and change leadership.
