1. Application

Contact Us to connect with our team. We will invite you to submit an online application which will include uploading documents to our online platform. When your application is 100% complete you’ll be assigned a loan officer.

2. Loan Processing

Your loan officer will review your application, ask you for additional information if needed, verify information and confirm eligibility.

3. Analysis

Your loan officer will work with our team to analyze income and historical performance and conduct a break-even analysis. As your partner, we keep you informed as we walk through this process and ask questions when they come up.

4. Decision

When analysis is complete your loan officer presents your loan application to our loan committee and the loan is approved or denied. If approved, we obtain SBA authorization for any SBA loans.

5. Loan Closing

Your loan officer will work closely with you to collect final documents prior to closing and schedule a closing date. The loan can be closed in-person or virtually. Congratulations! Your loan has been funded.

6. Business Services

Even after your loan has been funded, we are your partner for strategic business growth. You will be assigned a business advisor to help you move past challenges to achieve your goals. Click here to learn more about business advising and tools & knowledge for you and your business.
