EF Quick Tip:
Hiring with Values
Hiring your first (or 50th!) employee can be scary - the added expense, the time you'll spend training them, turnover if they don't stick around. The best thing you can do when hiring an employee is to get to know their values. Make sure you're both on the same page and their values align with your company. If you find a good employee, don't be afraid to pay them well - good employees pay for themselves many times over.

Finance Resources

EF Lending

Lending for growth can be hard to navigate. EF is here to help you through a variety of scenarios. A few include:

  • Gap Financing: Is a bank interested, but not willing to cover your full project? We often take the role of gap financer to help.
  • Commercial Real Estate – Is a building or new site part of your plan to scale?
  • Improving your business – fund obligations to suppliers, employees or others while waiting for payments from customers.
  • Working Capital – is a common need for small businesses at this stage.

Lending products include SBA 7(a) loans, 7(a) express, or other small business loans.
